Si le client a besoin d’annuler sa réservation, un remboursement est émis conformément aux lignes directrices et aux limites décrites ci-dessous : 50% du montant payé par le client sera remboursé si l’annulation a lieu plus de 60 jours avant la date d’arrivée. 25% du montant payé par le client sera remboursé si l’annulation a lieu 31-60 jours avant la date d’arrivée. Aucun remboursement si l’annulation a lieu moins de 30 jours avant la date d’arrivée. Aucun remboursement n’est accordé pour les locations effectuées entre le 19 décembre et le 7 janvier.
